2. Product Condition
All items sold by MillionHome are open-box units in original manufacturer packaging. Items have never been installed but outer packaging may show warehouse storage wear. Each item is individually photographed and serial number documented prior to shipment.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5. Shipping
All orders ship from our Indianapolis, IN warehouse. Signature is required upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The exact item originally shipped, matched by serial number, must be physically received back at our Indianapolis, IN facility before any refund is issued. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
